Live, guided mindfulness meditation delivered via Zoom video conferencing. Meditating in the evening is a great way to shift out of the busy mind, release the day, and prepare for a good night's sleep! New and experienced meditators alike are invited to wind down the day by relaxing into presence together.
After you register for the session through the Schuylerville Public Library website, the Zoom link will be emailed to you. The Tuesday evening link remains the same from week to week, so if you save it, you won't need to register every time.
