GROUP Programs

  • Group programs offer accessible entry points into mindfulness practice, grounded in presence, compassion, and practical application.

    Through group sessions, you’ll receive guidance on developing a meditation practice that serves your deepest intentions and fits within your daily life, while building foundational mindfulness skills that support wise, responsive engagement with life’s challenges.

    These offerings invite you to practice meeting both ease and difficulty with greater awareness and kindness—individually and together. Programs may be customized to meet the needs of libraries, schools, organizations, or community groups, and can be offered as one-time sessions or multi-session series.

    I also offer pre-recorded content featuring my nature photography and videos as a calming, contemplative backdrop.

    • 60-minute group sessions offered live on Zoom or in person

    • A safe, confidential, inclusive, and supportive space

    • Guided meditations and reflective talks that explore both your inner and outer landscape

mindful life mentoring

  • Mindful Life Mentoring offers a deeper way of living the mindfulness teachings—held within a small, supportive community.

    Through ongoing small group meetings, we explore how mindfulness can be practiced within the realities of daily life: its joys, challenges, uncertainties, and sorrows. Together, we learn to meet what is arising with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

    Think of the mentoring group as a circle of spiritual friends, with a mentor holding space—supporting you in noticing habitual stories and patterns, gently shifting out of them, and returning again and again to the present moment, where choice and wisdom reside.

    This path emphasizes integration and embodiment rather than fixing or achieving specific outcomes. It is especially nourishing if you value community, shared reflection, and deepening practice over time.

    • Small-group mentoring sessions with a consistent community of kindred practitioners

    • A safe, confidential, inclusive, and judgment-free space

    • Personalized support in applying mindfulness teachings to real-life situations

  • Through custom-designed sessions, I support you in finding your way back home to presence—where your natural wisdom and compassion are already available.

    Mindfulness coaching focuses on bringing mindful, loving awareness more fully into your daily life and relationships. Together, we meet what is present—thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, habits, and circumstances—so you can respond with greater clarity, steadiness, and care.

    This work emphasizes applying mindfulness tools to real-life intentions and goals. We identify where you are now and where you feel called to be, and use mindfulness practices to support that movement—without striving, fixing, or self-judgment.

    This is not therapy or counseling. It is a supportive, contemplative coaching relationship rooted in presence, awareness, and skillful action.

    I also offer 1:1 meditation practice sessions to deepen your formal practice and support the integration of mindfulness both on and off the cushion.
