Mindfulness Meditation February series

This four-week series (February 4 - 25) offered virtually on Zoom through Saratoga Springs Public Library will provide practical support for developing a daily meditation practice that's appropriate for you. Join us each week from the comfort of your own home! Please register online for each session. If you don’t see the series listed, check back later.

Mindfulness meditation is a refuge that provides grounding, clarity, and calm that is so vital for navigating challenging times. Each session will address a different aspect of mindfulness meditation. You will receive support for cultivating mindfulness skills both "on and off the cushion" and applying those skills to meeting life’s challenges, to respond wisely instead of reactively. You’ll learn strategies to awaken to mindfulness and compassion when you’re in the thick of difficulty and to dramatically shift the experience of your life, the people in it, and the world itself. Each class will include instruction, a guided practice exercise, and Q&A.

Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for 35+ years. She has received mindfulness meditation teacher certification and mindfulness mentoring certification with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
