This five-week series (July 19, 26, August 2, 9, 16) will provide practical support for developing a daily meditation practice that's appropriate for you.

Mindfulness meditation promotes well-being from the inside-out. Each class will include instruction, a guided practice exercise, and Q&A.

Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for more than 30 years, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the benefits of it.
