Join meditation teacher Susan Meyer for live, guided mindfulness sessions via Zoom this October through December.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you're warmly invited to take a midday break or unwind in the evening by settling into presence together.
Each mindfulness session is unique, and therefore has it's own registration list. Please register for each session you plan to attend, and you will receive the Zoom link via email.
This session is part of a series that alternates between Tuesday afternoon and evening sessions. The other sessions will take place:
October 7, 1:00-1:30 PM
October 21, 6:00-6:30 PM
November 4, 1:00-1:30 PM
December 2, 1:00-1:30 PM
December 16, 6:00-6:30 PM
