Live Guided Meditation

Live, guided mindfulness meditation delivered via Zoom video conferencing. Meditating in the evening is a great way to shift out of the busy mind, release the day, and pave the way for a relaxing evening and a good night's sleep! New and experienced meditators alike are invited to wind down the day by relaxing into presence together.

After you register for the session through the Guilderland Public Library website, the Zoom link will be emailed to you. (If you don’t see the event on the library’s calendar, check back.)

This session is part of a bi-weekly series that alternates between Tuesday afternoon and evening sessions. The other sessions will take place:

  • October 7, 1:00-1:30 PM

  • October 21, 6:00-6:30 PM

  • November 4, 1:00-1:30 PM

  • December 2, 1:00-1:30 PM

  • December 16, 6:00-6:30 PM
